The University of Illinois at Chicago Family Business Council exists to help family businesses and other closely held companies achieve their business goals through a unique peer-support system and related educational programs that provide growth strategies for chief executives, their families and their businesses. Through peer support and idea-sharing, hands-on workshops and keynote presentations from recognized business leaders, FBC members find the answers to the questions they are faced by as the owners and stakeholders of family businesses.
The Chicago Drug & Chemical Association originally was founded in 1900 as the Chicago Drug Trade Club. Today, the Association is represented by well over 400 Resident, Non-Resident, Retired and Honorary members from the drug, chemical, and allied industries.
The goal of this association is to support and encourage chemical education throughout Chicago and award numerous scholarships and financial support to worthy educational groups.
