A. Your entire payroll and government reporting requirements become the responsibility of Phoenix Staffing. We pay all payroll taxes and administer your worker's compensation and unemployment programs. You have Phoenix Staffing's professional staff available to assist you through the maze of personnel regulations. You make just one bookkeeping entry per pay period and Phoenix Staffing does the rest.
Q. How does this program go into effect?
A. When you contract with Phoenix Staffing you enter into a contractual service agreement. Employees are transferred to Phoenix Staffing's payroll and covered under Phoenix Staffing federal tax identification number. Employees are then able to participate in our group benefit plan, and Phoenix Staffing assumes many of your non-productive administrative responsibilities.
